Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data OmniSales holds about you — whether you messaged a store through its website chat, its Instagram account, or you're a business owner with a dashboard account.

Email privacy@faatehsultan.com from the address or account you used, telling us:

• Which store(s) you messaged, or which dashboard account you hold
• If you messaged us on Instagram, your Instagram @username (we identify you internally by an Instagram-scoped ID we can look up from your username)

We'll confirm your request and delete, within 30 days:

• Your conversation history and any messages you sent to the assistant
• Any lead information you shared (name, phone, address)
• For business owners: your dashboard account and, if connected, your Instagram access token

If you're a business owner, you can also disconnect your Instagram account yourself at any time from the Channels tab of your dashboard — this immediately revokes our stored access token.
